We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, skilled in guiding clients through safe and effective Pilates sessions, and fluent in both English and Korean.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead individual and group Pilates sessions using mat or equipment-based methods.
  • Design customized Pilates programs tailored to clients' goals, fitness levels, and any physical limitations.
  • Deliver clear instruction and hands-on guidance to ensure correct form and technique.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating studio environment.
  • Track client progress and modify sessions as needed to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Korean.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage clients of all backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant Pilates certification(s) required.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred.
