Key Responsibilities:

  • Create branded marketing and advertising material for all digital channels (websites, banners, newsletters and landing pages) and some print material.
  • Work directly with the customer to carry out projects from the initial concept to a final design.
  • Produce visually compelling digital designs.
  • Answer customer inquiries and questions via telephone or email.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a graphic designer
  • Bilingual (written and spoken)
  • Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and WordPress
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be able to balance multiple projects and prioritize workload

Work Hours:

Entreprise d'impression et de design située à Saint-Léonard à la recherche d'un graphiste à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique

Responsabilités principales :

  • Créer du matériel de marketing et de publicité de marque pour tous les canaux numériques (sites web, bannières, infolettres et pages d'atterrissage) ainsi que pour certains supports imprimés.
  • Travailler directement avec le client afin de réaliser les projets depuis le concept initial jusqu'au design final.
  • Produire des créations numériques visuellement attrayantes.
  • Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients par téléphone ou par courriel.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience comme graphiste
  • Bilingue (français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit)
  • Maîtrise des logiciels : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW et WordPress
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à respecter des délais serrés dans un environnement dynamique et entrepreneurial, à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à bien prioriser la charge de travail
  • Créatif(ve), minutieux(se) et esprit d'équipe

Horaire de travail :

  • Poste à temps plein
  • Du lundi au vendredi (9 h à 17 h)
