We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our brand identity through visually compelling website designs, marketing materials, and multimedia assets that communicate our value and expertise effectively. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain visual content for Innovatia’s website, landing pages, and digital assets in alignment with our brand guidelines. Create marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, whitepapers, email templates, and social media creatives. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals that reflect brand positioning and tone. Support internal teams in creating client-facing proposals, case studies, and decks with professional and aesthetic layouts. Develop creative concepts for corporate videos, web banners, and digital campaigns. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms (print and digital). Work with web developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with a high level of quality. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a relevant professional design role (preferably in a technology, IT services, or B2B environment). Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with corporate branding, digital design, and web graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Canva, and familiarity with Figma or other web design tools. Understanding of UI / UX principles and responsive design. Excellent eye for detail, typography, and visual balance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and an understanding of design’s role in marketing and storytelling. Nice to Have Experience designing for HubSpot, WordPress or Webflow websites. Familiarity with motion graphics or short video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut). Knowledge of branding strategy or prior experience in B2B marketing campaigns.
