**Graphic Artist, Spector & Co.**

We are looking for **2 Graphic Artists** in our Marketing department to join our team. If you are passionate, self-motivated and would like to work for one of the leading companies in the promotional items industry, we invite you to apply

**What you’ll do (Responsibilities)**
- Work autonomously on assigned projects
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of design across various media outlets
- Brainstorm, create and develop graphics to be used as part of our marketing campaigns
- Retouch lifestyle photos and product photos
- Create assets for web and print
- Follow projects from initial concept through final execution
- Present your work, be responsive to design changes, and be innovative in your approach
- Meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Other responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in graphic design
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design (ideally in B2B)
- Strong current portfolio that showcases both digital and print works
- Proficiency with creative cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc...)
- Strong communication, typography, composition, and design skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Time management abilities in scheduling, meeting deadlines, and meeting objectives
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing

**Good to have**
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Experience using an E-Mail Marketing Platform (Mailchimp, Constant Contact or any equivalent platform)
- Hands-on experience with work management platforms (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Animate, Premier Pro, After Effects, Toonboom
- Promotional Product Industry Experience is an asset
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as Adobe Dimension, Substance 3D Stager, Keyshot
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and AR
- Knowledge of printing processes is an asset
