Main responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive management of the recruitment process for the mandates entrusted to them in accordance with organizational needs/recruitment intake for all sites of Héroux-Devtek
- Identify passive candidates and process internal applications (technical jobs and mass recruitment) through all recruitment channels
- Develop attractive job descriptions for posting on various job search platforms.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date candidate database in our talent management systems.
- Develop partnerships and coordinate postings with training centers and schools relevant to the functions present in the organization; participate in job fairs.
- Collect and compile data related to compensation in the market in partnership with the compensation manager
- Participate in the implementation of initiatives to improve recruitment processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Training in human resources, marketing or business administration with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in specialized and mass recruitment.
- Practical experience in proactively identifying talent using social media platforms and applicant management systems; HRIS (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed) (Required)
- Practical experience in recruitment in America and/or internationally (major asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English. (Mandatory)
- Demonstrate creative thinking, be autonomous, organized and results oriented.
- Ability to adapt and organize work.
- High sense of urgency
- Master the MS Office environment including Power Point, Word and Excel;
