Compensation: $20/hour

Employment Type: Full-time (Sun-Fri)

Location: On-site (111 Buttermill Ave., Concord, ON L4K 3X5)

Schedule: Fixed schedule with some flexibility

Work Schedule

This role follows a structured weekly schedule to support business operations:

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Some flexibility is available based on operational needs, scheduling coverage, or approved adjustments.

Availability Expectations

  • Consistent availability during scheduled hours is required
  • Occasional schedule adjustments may be requested with advance notice
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist / Office Coordinator to support daily operations and serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced, growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Greet customers and visitors and assist with inquiries
  • Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day coordination as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide general support as needed to meet day-to-day business and operational needs

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an asset

Compensation & Benefits
