, you will play a key role in supporting the Communications and Marketing teams (Group Insurance and Savings).

What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a
Student – Administrative Support, Communications and Marketing
, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Update various documents (brochures, guides, etc.) and forms on different platforms;
  • Prepare and distribute communications;
  • Design administrative documents and forms;
  • Support the teams in their daily tasks.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in the early stages of a bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field;
  • Is available to work between 7 and 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, daytime) during academic sessions and between 28 and 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, daytime) during the summer;
  • Stands out for autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork skills;
  • Is client-service oriented.
