We are working with an innovation-driven technology / consulting business that's scaling fast. Our client is committed to investing in people systems and infrastructure as they expand, and this is a strategic hire to elevate their Workday platform capabilities. This is not just a support role; it's an opportunity to own analytics, insights, and enhancements across the organisation's HR/Finance stack.

This is a global business, and you will work across all Workday Modules with a supportive team, with long-term progression prospects, and great benefits.

Role Overview

The Workday Analyst will bridge business needs with system capabilities, optimize reporting and integrations, and partner with stakeholders to deliver clarity and efficiency. The Workday Analyst will act as a driver of data-led decision making and technological improvement across the business.

The Workday Analyst will:

  • Translate business requirements into Workday configuration, reports, and dashboards
  • Design, build, test and maintain complex Workday reports, calculated fields, integrations
  • Diagnose system issues, propose and implement improvements
  • Respond to tickets, liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT teams to align system capability with business goals
  • Monitor Workday usage, data integrity, and lead continuous optimization

The role requires:

  • 3-5 years proven experience working in a Workday environment (reporting, integrations, configuration)
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with data modelling, metrics and dashboards
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • The ability to translate between technical and business language
  • Problem solver with a proactive, improvement-led mindset
