Thompson Collision and Glass has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our successful dealership. Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate individual or department, while providing exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Answer customer inquiries both in person and via telephone & appropriately direct telephone calls

  • Provide administrative support on various projects

  • Receive customer payments via cash or card transactions, and record payments accordingly

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to exceed customer expectations and build customer loyalty

  • Various Account Receivable & Accounts Payable related items

  • Basic accounting tasks may be required

  • Filing & various clerical responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

The Ideal Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • The ability to be assertive as required in order to ensure adherence to schedules and timelines

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and comfort researching and gathering information from various sources

  • Customer focused individual

  • Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently

  • Proficient with computers

  • Prior administrative experience, working with the public and balancing a till

  • Ability to manage and balance daily cash reconciliation

  • Basic bookkeeping tasks may be required
