Senior Implementation Manager, Project Management

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of the Cortex project management suite for clients, from onboarding through successful deployment and adoption.

  • Collaborate with clients to configure and customize project management tools to align with their business processes and operational goals.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in project management and construction methodologies, ensuring that solutions meet industry standards and client needs.

  • Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and workshops for internal teams on project management principles, software functionality, and construction-related topics.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation for project management

  • Monitor and evaluate implementation progress, identify potential risks, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Support post-implementation needs, including ongoing education, troubleshooting, and optimization of project management tools.

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to provide feedback on system enhancements and user experience improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or client success—preferably within the construction or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is an asset).

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.

  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS implementation processes.

Compensation & Role Details

Expected Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications
