Key responsibilities and functions:

  • Generate opportunities through robust storytelling and consultative sales. 
  • Create and implement an effective strategy to break into cold accounts. 
  • Develop and cultivate consultative relationships with key decision-makers in Digital Marketing, Creative Services Management, Procurement, HR, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Supplier Diversity.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored sales strategies and proposals that meet individual client needs.
  • Act as the principal point of contact, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, anticipating needs, and coordinating efforts with supporting teams.
  • Coordinate the development, management, and presentation of multi-channel solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Build effective consultative relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client RFIs & RFPs.
  • Partner effectively with Practice Leaders, Service/Delivery leaders, and Sales Enablement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the digital/marketing industries.
  • Proven success in generating greater than $5million+ in new opportunities annually across multiple professional services to premier brands.
  • Experience with expanding existing accounts through networking and account-based marketing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach IO and/or Seamless AI preferred.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Interpersonal competencies include: growth mindset, adaptability, persuasion, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, critical thinking, curiosity, and empathy.
