Term: hours/week from April 27th - May 29th) with possibility for extension

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership:

  2. Lead and motivate a team of window cleaners to achieve performance goals.

  3. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  4. Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments to optimize team efficiency.

  5. Window Cleaning:

  6. Perform window cleaning duties alongside the team, including ladder climbing (up to 32 feet) and use of cleaning equipment.

  7. Ensure the use of safe and effective window cleaning techniques.
  8. Inspect completed work to meet quality standards.

  9. Client Interaction:

  10. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs.

  11. Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  12. Uphold a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  13. Send invoices and collect payment from clients

  14. Logistics and Equipment:

  15. Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

  16. Washing company provided towels weekly.
  17. Ensure the team has the necessary supplies for each job.
  18. Oversee the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies from the vehicle.

  19. Safety and Compliance:

  20. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

  21. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
  22. Conduct regular safety checks on the job sites.

  23. Sales and D2D canvassing:

  24. Using sales and marketing skills, follow D2D scripts to acquire new customers during the initial arrival on a job site.

  25. Properly estimate window cleaning quotes and close potential customers.
  26. Consistently hand out flyers to prospective customers.

Requirements:

  2. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

  3. Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment and supplies.
  4. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds overhead.

  5. Communication Skills:

  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  8. Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  9. Reliability:

  10. Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.

  11. Punctual and dependable.

  12. Problem-Solving:

  13. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on-site.

  14. Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.

  15. Team Player:

  16. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work alongside the team.

  19. Communicate schedule and time off with plenty of notice

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 5 weeks

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
