We are a busy small family run franchise operating in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. We provide an array of services from lawn maintenance to full yard renovations and installations.

We are seeking a Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. At least 2 years experience in landscaping is required. You will be working in both a small team environment as well as a Crew Leader for your own team when required.

The Crew Leader will be able to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a small crew.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive a truck and trailer (vehicle allowance if you have own pick up truck that meets brand standards)
- Lead a small team and ensure daily tasks are completed
- Report to owners

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of Landscaping or related experience.
- Valid class 5 drivers license and ability to safely pull a trailer
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while paying attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must have proper work boots, work pants and rain gear.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
