Estimator– Low Rise Residential

Are you looking for a job as an Estimator/Project Coordinator for low-rise residential projects? Do you have at least 3 years of low-rise residential estimation experience? Responsibilities

In this hybrid role, you will be working from home 2/3 days a week and from one of the corporate offices for the rest of the week. Your tasks will include estimating project costs, negotiate pricing with suppliers, create and maintain a file of approved vendors, review contracts and more.  You will be integral part of the estimating team working closely with the project managers, contract manager and other estimators to deliver quality profitable projects.  You may also have the opportunity to coordinate projects.
