Job Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Residential Construction Sales Consultant/Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who excels in both client-facing sales and technical estimating. You'll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and preparing accurate estimates for residential renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess renovation needs and provide expert advice
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential renovation projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and trades to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into signed contracts
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay current with building codes, materials, and construction techniques

Primary Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential construction sales or estimating (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of home renovation processes, materials, and labor costs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings/construction documents
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexible schedule, including availability for some evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
