Senior Manager, Facilities and Operations
to lead the Halifax office while providing regional oversight and guidance across all firm locations in Atlantic Canada. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives, enhancing the firm's physical spaces, processes, and overall workplace experience.
Reporting to the Managing Director, People & Culture, and the CFO/Managing Director, Finance and Accounting, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring that McInnes Cooper's physical offices operate seamlessly, efficiently, and safely. You will lead a highly engaged Halifax-based team while guiding capital planning, renovation projects, landlord relationships and vendor partnerships across all locations. You will bring strategic thinking to operational challenges, ensuring that the firm's facilities, processes, and resources are optimized to support business goals and client experience.
Beyond operational excellence, this role will allow you to influence the firm's culture and working environment. You will champion workplace safety, document management, and regional process improvements, creating systems and programs that enhance productivity, collaboration, and engagement. You will work with leaders across all offices to design practical, innovative solutions that balance operational efficiency with an exceptional employee and client experience.
