  • You are a High-Leverage Self-Starter who sees roadblocks as problems to solve immediately through creative solutions, not obstacles to slow down momentum.
YOUR MANDATE AT WOW 1 DAY PAINTING

Your mandate is to ensure the brand message is sharp, consistent, and highly effective across all channels, directly supporting the franchise network's ability to convert customers and re-establish momentum.

  • Establish the Gold Standard & Content Cadence: Take immediate ownership of brand guidelines, executing a review process to eliminate visual and messaging inconsistencies. Crucially, you will develop and execute the brand's full social media strategy, including detailed content calendars for the entire digital ecosystem.
  • Engineer High-Impact Creative Launches: Translate strategic business objectives into conversion-focused creative plans for all seasonal campaigns, email, social, and mass media. You will oversee the creation and delivery of all assets for direct mail, PMAX, website, and social channels, coordinating closely with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Command Full-Spectrum Production: Go beyond planning; you will plan and manage two major video/photo shoots annually, ensuring rigorous brand consistency and high production value. Furthermore, you will actively manage a roster of ongoing content creators to produce necessary micro video content throughout the year.
  • Empower Franchisee Marketing: Act as a critical partner to the franchise support teams, designing marketing tools that are simple to deploy, 100% compliant, and demonstrably effective at generating local business. This includes managing the creation of high-quality digital content (blogs, videos, emails) that reinforces our core brand promise.
  • Drive Measurable Brand Health: Implement rigorous tracking for brand awareness, lead quality, and franchise effectiveness metrics, using findings to pivot creative strategy quickly for maximum impact.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Transformative Brand Leadership: History leading creative strategy through periods requiring significant brand alignment and performance reinforcement across a multi-location system.
  • Franchise/Multi-Unit Acumen: Proven ability to develop systems that drive high adoption rates of creative assets among independent business owners.
  • Full-Spectrum Creative Management: Expert command over directing external agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality work for digital, video, and print channels.
  • Results Ownership: A portfolio that demonstrates a direct link between your creative strategy and quantifiable business results (e.g., improved conversion rates, better lead quality).
  • Action Bias: A track record of moving quickly to test, iterate, and deploy creative solutions that solve immediate business needs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary is $90,000 to $100,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate, Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you. For this role's duty and responsibility, we anticipate that you will come into the office one to two times per month.
