What it's like to be a Federated Client Service Representative Team Lead
Reporting to the company's Underwriting division, the fully licensed CSR Team Lead role will focus on the direct client and Commercial Insurance Specialists (CIS). In addition, this position is responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the CSR staff, ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards upheld.

:

  • Providing support to CSR's team with respects to coaching, training, coverage, and processes
  • Maintenance of a client database.
  • Handling all incoming client, CISs, and third-party enquiries.
  • Reviewing all Sales service requests.

If you have:

  • High school graduate plus a two-year diploma course or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Licensed in Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  • Must be Bilingual (French/English) in Province of Quebec; would be an asset in other regions.
  • Working knowledge of Commercial Insurance coverages and products
