Your role
Join us as a Team Lead on our Alberta team. This role can be based out of anywhere in Alberta.
You're at the forefront of leading the growth and diversification of our business. You're not just a leader, but a catalyst for building business. Your mission? Partnering with us to foster an environment where business grows, and people are empowered
You inspire and motivate your team members to take charge of their projects by delegating work and nurturing their professional growth. This includes ensuring quality, managing finances and fostering a culture of belonging and empowerment.
As a key member of our team, you play a pivotal role in making a lasting impact on the communities we serve. Our team delivers projects that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada by providing access to essential services such as housing, education, and healthcare.
Our approach goes beyond the project to the people – who are the heart of it all.

At Colliers Project Leaders, we're not looking for "perfect matches." We're looking to welcome people to our diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. So, if you're excited about this role but don't have every single qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. Whether it's this role or another one, you may be just the right candidate.
What you can expect:
- An opportunity to truly impact our communities
- A flexible work environment
- A comprehensive onboarding experience
- Significant professional development, training, and a mentorship program
- A paid volunteer day
