Air Liquide Canada is seeking an Sales Analyst to join the Western Region Sales team.

The primary function of this role is to support the sales teams in achieving ALC's growth objectives, as well as ensuring compliance and improving sales processes and tools. The incumbent is responsible for preparing analysis and sales reports, participating in developing sales, managing agreements, bids and proposals as well as price increases.

Air Liquide Canada is the number one Canadian producer and distributor of gases derived from air.Prepares, analyzes sales reports: monitors sales progress and records information. Uses relevant software to produce detailed analysis and sales reports. Interprets reports and makes recommendations as business progresses and raises unprofitable activities. Collaborates in the annual budget preparation process.

Manage agreements, prepare bids and proposals: Monitor and manage agreements by updating the list of agreements and monitoring deadlines. Produces lists for sales teams highlighting risky agreements (whose expiry date is running out), and agreements to be renegotiated (which the client does not want to renew automatically). Writes quotes and proposals for account managers and clients. Provide advice as needed. Is responsible for monitoring commitments made to clients. Evaluates the deadlines for submitting and relaunching a proposal.

Reviews and increases prices: Participate in the preparation of the price increase program. Ensures the price increase program is followed using the relevant tools. Organizes the communication of price increases to customers and account managers.

Compliance and process improvement: Support account managers through training and coaching on various tools (Sales Force, , etc.). Ensures the correct application of procedures. Works with his team and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes. Analyzes its activity, identifies the causes of dysfunction and proposes appropriate corrective measures. Suggest new methods and contribute to the development of new tools to improve the processes and follow-ups of the sales team's action plans.

Diploma: Diploma in Business & Administration or Marketing or equivalent experience

Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience

Knowledge: Proficiency in Google (Sheets and Slides) or MS Office (Excel and PPT) applications, very good verbal and written communication skills.
