Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Mortgage Agent. The Mortgage Agent will assist clients with finding the best mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating lending options, offering financial advice, processing mortgage applications, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lending institutions. The Mortgage Agent will ensure clients receive exceptional service and remain informed throughout the entire mortgage process.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including mortgage servicing and lending practices
  • Proficiency in mortgages, mortgage marketing, and understanding a variety of mortgage products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing multiple client accounts
  • Prior experience in financial services or real estate and a mortgage agent license is preferred
  • Proficiency in financial tools and platforms is an asset
