Job Overview

Neighbourhood Auto Body in Penticton is seeking a skilled body shop collision repair estimator to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates based on industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the estimation process and repair options.
  • Collaborate with repair and refinish technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are accounted for in the estimate.
  • Utilize knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair processes to provide comprehensive assessments.
  • Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Upsell additional services as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and increase shop revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in auto body repair and estimating.

Skills
