We are a Tesla-certified collision repair facility looking to add a detail-oriented, experienced Collision Repair Estimator to our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive wages, a great benefits package, and long-term employment potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and thorough collision repair estimates using Mitchell software
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and document repair needs according to OEM guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with customers, insurers, and technicians throughout the repair process
  • Maintain detailed repair documentation and ensure proper file management
  • Assist in coordinating parts, scheduling, and workflow to support timely repairs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from intake to vehicle delivery
  • Help with shop orginization
  • Learn and complete calibrations with Tesla Tool Box, All Data and Launch.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Estimator or in a related role
  • Proficient with Mitchell estimating software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of OEM repair procedures, especially Tesla, is a strong asset
  • Valid driver's licence

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
