This position reports directly to Inovata Foods' Assistant Controller and will have a high level of collaboration with all departments.

Inovata Foods looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. The role is located in our Tillsonburg, Ontario facility. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America's largest retailers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor Invoices, including invoices for PO receipts and other documents.
  • Assist with vendor account reconciliations.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve vendor billing issues.
  • Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

    • Requires completion of WHMIS2015 within the last 3 years.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting

Working Conditions:

The job predominantly entails deskwork. However, occasional physical activities such as walking, standing, and light lifting may be required. Additionally, the job often involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams within the plant and in some areas can be cold, wet, and damp.
