Echelon Wellness is a patient-focused organization striving to enhance the health and well-being of specialized populations through patient care. Our focus is on providing exemplary physical and mental health care for military veterans.

Echelon Wellness is seeking a Registered Social Worker to join our team in the Edmonton region to provide assessment and care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Initial Assessment/Development of treatment plans

· Personal and Family counselling

· Career and vocational counselling

· Maintaining ongoing collaboration with other medical and rehabilitation professionals

Key Qualifications:

· A master's level degree in social work (MSW)

· Registered and in good standing with provincial college

· Strong interpersonal relations, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team

· Proficient computer, written and verbal communication skills
