Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Engineer located in Toronto, ON. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing data systems and databases. Daily tasks include building scalable data pipelines, performing ETL processes, developing data models, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Collaboration with other teams for data integration and performance optimization will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Engineering and Data Modeling
  • Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing techniques
  • Capability in Data Analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus
