Job Description

Field Engineer – Enterprise Integration & Deployment

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Engineer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis, working with enterprise clients to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in the AI space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys hands-on implementation, and has a strong background in infrastructure, integration, and customer-facing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and integration of enterprise production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Configure identity protocols (SAML/OIDC/SCIM), networking setups (VPC, peering, VPN, private link), and data/event pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)
• Design and implement workflows, connectors, and APIs (REST/GraphQL), including robust data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling
• Deliver repeatable infrastructure using Terraform and Helm, contributing to reusable modules, runbooks, and deployment checklists
• Manage go-live processes including cutovers and rollbacks, while ensuring observability through instrumentation, SLOs, alerting, and dashboards
• Conduct enterprise-grade security and compliance reviews, producing documentation and artifacts for customer assurance
• Facilitate technical workshops, user acceptance testing, performance/load testing, and go-live support
• Diagnose and resolve issues with clear root-cause analysis and actionable remediation plans
• Support selected presales activities such as scoped demos, proof-of-concepts, and implementation estimates
• Provide feedback from field deployments to inform product improvements and enhance documentation
• Drive measurable success across key metrics including time-to-value, on-time delivery, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction

• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise deployment and integration experience
• Familiarity with identity and networking configuration in cloud environments
• Exposure to observability, reliability engineering, and security compliance
• Experience running technical workshops and customer-facing delivery
