As the Assistant Front-of-House Manager, you'll be leading the front of house team to deliver a top-notch dining experience. You'll be the player/coach, ensuring our customers leave with their bellies full, spirits lifted, and a smile that rivals a Stanley Cup-winning grin You are accountable for day-to-day front of house operations, food and service quality and all other areas of the restaurant and concessions operations. You work closely with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations. You are part people leader, and part server; eager to drive continuous improvement and create outstanding and memorable experiences for your guests.

Ideally, you have recent experience as a floor supervisor, senior server, or assistant manager in a similar bar & grill type of place and know how to use your superior communications chops to deliver amazing customer service, great food, and drinks. To move your candidacy to the first page on our menu, you'll have recent experience being a lead server, supervisor, or shift leader, with a desire to learn about inventory management, daily cash, and training servers. This role is a full-time position with shifts being primarily evenings and weekends.
