Patient bio: 89 year old male with brain cancer, post radiation. Communication and memory is still good but requires support throughout the day and night. Patient lives in Vaughan with his wife in a bungalow.
Care description: Support with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders and meal prep during the daytime. At night requires check-ins and toileting support.
Family would like a European PSW, that is mature/has experience.
Frequency of care required: Requires 24/7 care. Would like PSWs to do 2 shifts per day 9am-9pm (daytime) and 9pm-9am (overnight). For at least 3 weeks, if things go well family will continue with the support. The night time shift is AWAKE. PSW MUST check on patient every 2 hours and support him to the bathroom.
