Fix It Right Plumbing and Heating is a small family owned business located in Spruce Grove. We provide full-service repair, replacement, remodel, and installation in plumbing & heating. Over the past 7 years, homeowners and businesses in the Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and surrounding area have relied on us for fast, lasting repairs and service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIX IT RIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

As our friendly customer service coordinator, your primary role is to ensure the right Technician for the right job, managing the flow of information to & from the Technicians in an accurate and timely fashion, and data entry (permits, report, etc). The ability to multi-task is essential, and you must be willing and able to take appropriate action with little supervision. Your favorite part of the job will be wearing many hats by taking on a variety of assignments to ensure the continued success of the company At the end of the day you will know you made a difference and your hard work is appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a team player and cheerleader.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Flexibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Schedule is within Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, occasional Saturday during winter months.
