Job Overview

This role is perfect for someone looking to build their career in recruitment. We are looking for someone entry-level, with some work experience in either recruitment coordination or general HR coordination. This is a contract role to support our team as we implement a new ATS and improve our recruiting processes. The role can be based in Calgary or Spruce Grove, Alberta.

Responsibilities

  • Screen applications for a variety of roles, identifying qualified candidates.
  • Conduct selection activities including inviting candidates to phone screens, interview scheduling, reference checks, etc.
  • Issue all contracts using the correct templates.
  • Build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and maintain regular communication.
  • Track status of open recruitments.
  • Assist in implementation of an ATS once one is selected.

Qualifications

·
  1+ years of recruitment coordination experience or HR coordination experience

· Exceptional organizational skills

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to offer bespoke recruiting support

· Great communication skills – written and verbal

· Able to work in office at either our Calgary or Spruce Grove Alberta locations
