Basement Systems Toronto (a division of Basement Systems Quebec) is currently looking for experienced business to consumer ( B2C) Outside SALES Representative to join our team in Pickering. Training and beginning of employment for this role starts on the February 2nd 2026.

Our in-house professional appointment center will schedule your sales appointments so you can present the right solution that suits the customers' needs during home visits. Your work as an Outside SALES Representative here changes homeowners lives by allowing them to have peace of mind in their home. Opportunity for Outside Sales Representative - Pickering :

  • 8 weeks of paid in class and on the field training starts on the February 2nd 2026 at 1000$ per week. Please note that you have to be available to come to Laval for the first 4 weeks of training. We will provide and pay for the traveling expenses, lodging and accommodations during your stay in Laval. Afterwards, when 8 weeks of training is over, NO base salary, purely commission-based job with uncapped earning potential.
  • As a guide, our Outside SALES Representatives make between $80K- 140K annually

What you will do as an Outside Sales Representative - Pickering :

  • Visit customers' homes at pre-schedule appointments done by our appointment center and present the right solution that suits the customers' needs
  • Do necessary admin & paperwork
  • Use advanced and user-friendly sales software making the sales visit pleasant and compelling
