As a vital part of our sales team, you will contribute to expanding our market presence and building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs
