About the Role

We're seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who is creative, organized, and passionate about making meaningful connections. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and understands the power of storytelling, branding, and client engagement.

Key Functions:

  • Social media management - Build our Social Media reach. Develop and execute content strategies across platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
  • AI experience
  • Content creation (blogs, campaigns) - Craft compelling blogs, digital campaigns that reflect Luxcare's values and services.
  • Community outreach and partnerships - Build relationships with local organizations, attend events, and represent Luxcare in the community to expand our reach.
  • Brand development and visibility -

  • Support client onboarding through clear, compassionate communication and brand-aligned materials.

  • What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales ability, especially in onboarding clients.
  • Highly organized and proactive—someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
  • Positive attitude and respectful conduct are essential. Gossip and negativity are not tolerated.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This department will serve as the voice and face of Luxcare, ensuring that our mission and values are clearly communicated to clients, partners, and the broader community.

Work on our office in Gordon head - not remote - Must like dogs
