A strong and active professional association, the Association of Interior REALTORS support its REALTOR Members to serve consumers throughout vast and diverse regions from South, Central and North Okanagan, Kamloops, and Kootenay regions, to South Peace River.

Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our REALTOR members, the Member Engagement Associate plays a vital role in creating exceptional member experiences. You'll bring a mix of professionalism, energy, and heart to every interaction ensuring our members feel
supported, valued, and confident in their relationship with the Association of Interior REALTORS.

What You'll Do
Is part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding member service.
Your day might include:
Member Engagement & Support
- Serving as the primary contact for member inquiries and MLS listing support across the Association's regions.
- Responding promptly and effectively to member questions by phone, email, or in person, with professionalism and warmth.
- Liaising with other real estate board staff members to process interboard listings within the MLS Systems.
- Managing membership applications, terminations, and updates in accordance with Association, CREA, and BCFSA policies.
Technology & Data Management
- Accurately inputting, reviewing, and maintaining MLS data; ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity while keeping within the rules and regulations of the Association.
- Handling MLS data requests and corrections, including transfers, property details, sales reports, and system issues.
- Confidently using and supporting various platforms, from Microsoft Office Suite to CRM systems and learning management tools.
- Supporting members with SentriLock lockboxes and providing associated administrative services.
Member Experience & Collaboration
- Welcoming members and guests at the main office in Kelowna, providing a warm, welcoming environment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and member engagement through insight and feedback.
- Supporting Association events and member gatherings.
- Building positive, long-term relationships with members, staff, and partners through approachable and reliable communication.
- Assisting with special projects, data tracking, and reporting as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required, post-secondary coursework in business, administration, or communications an asset.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service — preferably in an office or professional association setting.
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're friendly, clear, and professional.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for occasional travel to events.

JOB STATUS: FULL-TIME, Monday to Friday
HOURS OF WORK: 8:30am-4:30pm hours/week)
LOCATION: IN-PERSON, this position is required to work in the Kelowna office location, five days per week.
SALARY RANGE: $47,062 to $58,000 per annum.
