Core Responsibilities:

  • Financial health and strategic corporate direction
  • Full-Cycle Bookkeeping
  • Government remittances reporting
  • Tax Compliance
  • Keeping AP & AR Up to date
  • Payroll management & Staffing Budgets
  • Generating Company PL's
  • Generating Project PL's
  • Identifying Low & High Margin Projects.
  • Creating Company Operating & Spending Budgets.
  • Providing guidance to teams with underperforming Projects.
  • Providing guidance to teams on cash flow needs.
  • Analyze pricing structures.
  • Provide guidance on exiting poor-performing products or projects.
  • Other Accounting or Admin Duties as required by Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Full-Cycle Canadian Accounting Experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in a relevant field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced QuickBooks

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and conversational English communication skills
  • High Level of Critical thinking and Problem Solving
  • Typing Speed in excess of 50wpm
  • Computer and Tech Savvy
  • Strong attention to detail, superior task prioritization and very organized
  • Ability to perform with no supervision and can multitask
  • Eager to keep learning and self-improvement
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
