OverviewPosition: Corporate AccountantLocation: SurreyReports to: Corporate ControllerGeneral Accountability: This position is responsible for the day-to-day financial accounting.ResponsibilitiesSupervision Accounts payable coding and processing corporate as well as some data entrySupervise the posting of A/P invoices by branch and provide training where required.Provide support for all reporting requirements including month end, quarter end and year end closings.Maintenance of all G/L accounts and reconciliation as required.Monitor and administer the invoicing functions company wide.Administer and ensure completion of all head office accounts payable issues e.g. central payables processing.Responsible for all corporate income tax filings and procedures as requiredResponsible for all sales taxes and other company external administrative costs such as licenses, fees, WCB etc.Administer company pension plan and other benefit programsResponsible for payroll accounting and issues.Day to day banking issues and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
