Shifts are 9 AM to 5:30 PM. We have seeking for for team members available for work at least two days a week and must be available weekends.

Our housekeepers are responsible for ensuring all guest rooms are properly cleaned, attractive and welcoming to guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Replace linens on beds, replenish guest room supplies, and empty wastebaskets
  • Provide necessary linen and amenities to guests as requested
  • Clean all corridors and service areas as required
  • Restock cart at end of shift and organize the linen closet to prepare for the next day
  • Perform other housekeeping duties as requested such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
  • Clean assigned rooms within shift time requirements, passing all inspections
  • Report any damage, hazards, repairs, and suspicious persons and/or behaviours to management
  • Return any items found in guest rooms, hallways, or back of the house to the Housekeeping department as a lost and found item
  • Clean spots on carpets as required
  • Completes special cleaning projects as assigned

Job Qualifications

*Applies excellent guest relations skills when interacting with guests is required

  • This is a physically demanding, fast paced work. You will be expected to do approx rooms per day each with one or two beds, some kitchenette units. You must be physically fit for the demands of this work. Also you will be working with multiple cleaning spray chemicals.
  • Some rooms are pet-friendly.
  • Interacts with guests in a friendly and professional manner at all times
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team
  • Able to push, stand, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds repetitively during the entire shift is required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per hotel standards
  • All employees must report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, in accordance with the hotel's personal appearance standards
  • This is a physically demanding work.

Required experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year
  • Housekeeping: 1 year

  • Pay is competitive, and negotiable depending on experience and performance, with increases after two week trial, and further after 3 month probation.
