Banff Caribou Properties is looking for an Employee Housing Assistant to help run our residential division smoothly. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands on tasks. You will work to create a welcoming and well maintained environment for our employees.

What You Do:

  • Coordinate and execute tenant move ins and move outs.
  • Welcome and onboard new tenants, prepare lease agreements and provide housing orientations.
  • Conduct and document inspections of units and common areas to maintain high housing standards.
  • Perform general cleaning ad organize housing units regularly and lead the annual deep cleaning of all units.
  • Manage keys, parking, mailbox systems and other housing logistics.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System.
  • Support the housing team with correspondence, filing and ongoing administrative tasks.
  • Drive between housing properties as required to complete inspections, move ins and maintenance support.
  • Participate in process improvements and other team projects.

What We Look For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to enforce housing policies professionally and discreetly.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities.
  • Physically capable of performing hands on cleaning, inspections and other housing related tasks.
  • Comfortable driving between properties as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with digital systems including PMS and Dayforce or willingness to learn.
  • Flexible availability including Saturdays and seasonal peaks.
  • Valid driving license.
