About the Role:
We are hiring a
Territory Sales Representative
to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and promote ready-mix concrete products and services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and experienced in the construction or concrete industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
- Generate sales through solution-based approaches and site visits.
- Review project specifications, prepare accurate quotations, and manage sales reports.
- Resolve client issues while ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of experience in construction or ready-mix concrete sales preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
