The Role
You'll install and service premium security and low-voltage systems in custom homes and commercial properties across Vancouver's Westside, North Shore, Bowen Island, and Whistler. Working independently and collaboratively with other trades, contractors, and designers, you'll deliver exceptional, discreet service in some of Canada's most prestigious residences.
This isn't a high-volume installation shop. At Provident, we design, install, and support our systems over the long term. You'll be involved in complete project lifecycles—from installation and programming to troubleshooting, client training, and ongoing support. Your work establishes lasting client relationships backed by our in-house monitoring and alarm response teams.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in security, low-voltage, or AV installation
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
- Comfortable collaborating with builders, trades, and contractors
