The Role: Patient Intake Specialist

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their journey with Pollock Clinics. You'll also collaborate closely with our marketing team and Patient Care Coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding patient care.

What You'll Do

• Engage with Patients: Be the welcoming voice for inbound and outbound calls, schedule consultations, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Customer Support with a Sales Edge: Use your natural sales abilities to recommend services and resolve inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Drive Success: Partner with the marketing team to promote services, plan campaigns, and support organizational goals.
• Coordinate with Care Teams: Work alongside our Patient Care Coordinators to address patient needs effectively.
• Leverage advanced communication tools: RingCentral along with robust lead-tracking software to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Background in customer service, sales, or call center operations (preferably in healthcare or training roles).
• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in English: Fluency is essential for connecting with patients and colleagues.
• Sales Mindset: A knack for conveying the value of our services and guiding patients in their healthcare journey.
