Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Dorval, QC. The Office Manager will oversee daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, coordinating schedules, providing administrative assistance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining organized and efficient office workflows. Additional duties may involve supporting team members and managing correspondence with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to handle scheduling, correspondence, and organizational tasks
  • Experience with managing Office Equipment and understanding of maintaining office resources and supplies
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Office and office management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is an asset
  • Prior experience in a similar managerial or administrative role is preferred
