Why Work With Us

We're a team of passionate, inclusive and purpose-driven individuals who believe work should be meaningful and fun. Here's what that looks like in practice:

You would be part of a collaborative culture where support isn't just a buzzword, it's how we operate.

When your birthday rolls around, you get the day off (because celebrating you matters). We take care of our people with extensive health benefits and wellness initiatives, and generous time off for vacation (which increases annually by the way), sick days, and personal days. Every year between Christmas and New Year's, the whole company shuts down so you can truly unplug and recharge.

Throughout the year, we recognize wins big and small, gather for team events that actually strengthen our culture, and - here's the best part - we keep you stocked with a generous annual allowance of our Superfoods, because if we believe in what we make, you should get to enjoy it too.
