Job description:

Are you a sprinkle-loving, detail-obsessed leader who thrives in a fast-paced, organized production environment? Sweetapolita is looking for a Production Lead to keep our sprinkle + baking décor production floor running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person on the floor: executing the daily production plan, assigning tasks, supporting the team, and making sure every batch that leaves our facility meets our quality standards (and looks as magical as it sounds).

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and supporting our production team with positivity, clear direction, and calm under pressure
  • Executing the daily production plan: assigning tasks, managing workflows, and keeping orders on schedule
  • Monitoring quality at each step so every product meets Sweetapolita's standards
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching team members to grow their skills and confidence
  • Jumping in hands-on to run equipment, weigh/pack product, and keep production flowing
  • Supporting inventory control (ingredients, packaging, finished goods) and flagging shortages or issues early
  • Helping maintain a safe, tidy, and food-safe production environment
  • Collaborating with management to improve processes, reduce waste, and make the work smoother for everyone

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a production, food service or manufacturing environment (food, CPG, or similar is a plus)
  • Proven leadership experience - you've led or supervised a small team on a shift, line, or station
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you love a plan, a checklist, and a well-run shift
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable standing for most of your shift and lifting up to 50lbs safely
  • Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability for Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
  • A positive attitude and a genuine love for colourful, creative products and a supportive team culture

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, approx 40hours per week.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

Location: Concord, hwy 7 & 400
