Position Overview

As a Server at Jade Yorkville, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience. You understand fine service etiquette, anticipate guest needs, and can balance the pace of a bustling lounge environment with the grace and attention to detail expected in a fine dining setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional table service with a focus on refinement, timing, and guest engagement

  • Guide guests through menu selections with knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails

  • Ensure precise order taking and delivery, maintaining consistency in presentation and quality

  • Collaborate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure flawless execution

  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences and personalize the experience when possible

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and service

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

  • Contribute to the overall atmosphere and energy of the room through professionalism and presence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of serving experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant/lounge environments

  • Smart Serve certification (required)

  • Deep understanding of wine, spirits, and cocktail service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

  • A polished and professional demeanor with impeccable grooming standards

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
