Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office supplies, coffee orders,
- Assist with budgeting and financial recordkeeping
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for repairs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Data entry and coding
- Accounting payable and receivable
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
