Présentation du poste :

Nous recherchons un spécialiste CRM et automatisation pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de fidélisation visant à fidéliser les patients et à les inciter à revenir dans nos cliniques. Vous serez responsable des flux automatisés et des stratégies de communication sur plusieurs canaux.

Principales responsabilités

  • Créer et optimiser les flux automatisés pour les nouveaux patients et les patients fidèles, notamment les messages de bienvenue, les rappels et les campagnes de réengagement.
  • Favoriser la fidélisation des patients en utilisant les meilleures pratiques en matière de SMS, d'e-mails, de publipostage et autres moyens de communication.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et cliniques pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies qui encouragent les visites répétées et la fidélité à long terme.
  • Exploiter les plateformes CRM (idéalement GoHighLevel) pour configurer des déclencheurs, des flux de travail et des rapports.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans en marketing de fidélisation, commerce de détail ou e-commerce, avec une solide expérience en création de flux et d'automatisations.
  • Connaissance des médias numériques et des canaux d'acquisition client
  • Expérience pratique en création de flux et d'automatisations
