About the Role

You'll play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our CRM system (Pipedrive) to support efficiency, email campaigns, and marketing workflows. From managing Apollo email sequences to monitoring lead follow-ups by Account Executives, you'll ensure that every touchpoint is timely, effective, and aligned with Carousel's goals.

This is a fully onsite role based at our Montreal office. We believe the best collaboration happens face-to-face

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Apollo campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, messaging, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure Account Executives are following up on leads and opportunities in a timely and effective manner
  • Design and track email marketing workflows in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipelines to provide actionable insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and serve as the go-to expert on system best practices
  • Provide training and support for internal users, maintaining CRM usage standards
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to improve customer journey touchpoints
  • Suggest and implement workflow automations to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator, ideally in a SaaS or fintech company
  • Proven expertise in Pipedrive (mandatory); experience with Apollo or similar outbound/email tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, sales processes, and lead management
  • Experience managing email campaigns, drip sequences, and marketing automation
  • Comfortable analyzing and presenting data to improve process outcomes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple workflows and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills; you're proactive and clear in how you support your team
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment

What Does Our Interview Process Look Like?

  1. Virtual Phone Screening – A brief 15-minute intro chat with our Recruitment team member via Google Meet. We'll share more about the role, the team, the culture, and our mission over at Carousel while learning about your experience.
  2. Virtual Interview – This 30-minute interview will be conducted by our Marketing Manager. He'll review your background in detail, discuss the up-and-coming projects, and share our vision for the role.
  3. On-site Interview – Meet our founder in person alongside our Marketing Manager at our office for a final discussion to ensure mutual alignment.
  4. Decision – Offer or feedback.
