CRM & Automation Specialist

Position Overview: We're looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who will design and execute retention programs that keep patients engaged and returning to our clinics. You'll own automated flows and communication strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize automated flows for new and returning patients, including welcome series, reminders, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Drive patient retention using best practices across SMS/texting, email, direct mail, and other communication methods.
- Partner with marketing and clinic teams to implement strategies that encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Leverage CRM platforms (ideally GoHighLevel) to set up triggers, workflows, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in retail or e-commerce retention marketing, with a strong background in building flows and automations.
- Knowledge of digital media and customer acquisition channels
- Hands-on experience building workflows and automations
